In short: we collect your answers and contact details to create and deliver your Plan. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see your card. We use a small number of trusted service providers, including an AI provider that does not use your information to train its models. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.

1. Who is responsible for your data
CloudHubibi is operated by CloudHubibi FZE, a company licensed in the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) Free Zone (licence no. L-4086), registered at Floor 4, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these documents, "CloudHubibi", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person buying or using our services.

2. What we collect

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health, religion or financial account details) in your answers. It is not needed to create your Plan.
3. How we use it, and why

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run CloudHubibi, under contracts that require them to protect it:

If you choose to contact a partner suggested in your Plan, you share information with them directly, under their own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.
6. How your Plan is stored
Your Plan is stored securely and opened through a private link containing a long, random code that cannot reasonably be guessed. The link is not password-protected: anyone you share it with can view your Plan.
7. How long we keep it
- Your answers and your Plan: 24 months from purchase, so your link keeps working, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
- Payment and order records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the UK and EU GDPR, you may have the right to: access your information; correct it; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email fahim.latif@cloudhubibi.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority, for example the UAE Data Office or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
9. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work, for security and for payments, and our website host may use analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and any cookie banner shown on our site.
10. Security
We use reputable providers and protect access to our systems with secret keys and restricted permissions. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if anything goes wrong.
11. Children
CloudHubibi is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date, and tell you about significant changes by email.
