1. Who we are

CloudHubibi is operated by CloudHubibi FZE, a company licensed in the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) Free Zone (licence no. L-4086), registered at Floor 4, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these documents, "CloudHubibi", "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person buying or using our services.

2. What we provide

CloudHubibi creates a personalised launch plan (your "Plan") from the answers you give us. To create it, we use artificial intelligence (AI) together with live research from publicly available sources. A Plan typically includes a verdict on your idea, priorities, a 90-day plan, money estimates, go-to-market suggestions, an example homepage and social posts, set-up and protection points, and a launch kit.

Your Plan is digital content. We usually deliver it within about 10 minutes of payment, as a private web link on our website, which you can also download as a file. We also email you the link.

The content of each Plan depends on your answers and on the information publicly available at the time. Plans for different people, or for the same idea at different times, will differ.

3. Not professional advice

Your Plan is general business information and opinion, prepared with the help of AI. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, regulatory, medical or any other professional advice, and no professional or advisory relationship is created between you and us. Before acting, especially on licences, permits, contracts, tax, health, food, finance or any regulated activity, check with a qualified professional. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You must give accurate, honest answers. The Plan relies on them.
• You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take, including any money you spend or commit.
• You must not use our services for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or that infringes anyone else's rights (see section 12).

5. Price and payment

The price of a Plan is shown on our website before you buy (currently USD 99, one time). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices may change, but changes never affect a Plan you have already paid for. Any taxes are shown at checkout where they apply. Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Delivery

Your Plan is generated automatically after your payment is confirmed. It usually takes about 10 minutes. If you have not received your Plan link within 24 hours of paying, email us at fahim.latif@cloudhubibi.com and we will put it right (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Your Plan link is private but not password-protected: anyone you share the link with can view your Plan. Keep it to yourself if you want it private.

7. Your consent to immediate supply, and cancellation

Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want us to start creating your Plan immediately and that you understand you lose any statutory right to cancel (for example, the 14-day cancellation right for UK and EU consumers) once we begin. We confirm this in your order email. Our full position on cancellations and refunds is in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. What is included after you buy

• Follow-up questions: up to 5 questions about your Plan, sent by email within 7 days of delivery, answered by email. This is a reasonable-use service for clarifying your Plan, not ongoing consulting.
• Access: we aim to keep your Plan link working for at least 24 months. Download a copy if you want to keep it permanently.

Anything beyond this, such as human consulting, build work or set-up services, is a separate paid service with its own terms.

9. Intellectual property and how you may use your Plan

You keep all rights in the answers and information you give us.

We (or our licensors) own the CloudHubibi website, brand, software, prompts, templates, designs and the format and structure of Plans. When you buy a Plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or venture. You may freely use the suggested wording, homepage copy and social posts in your own business.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish or distribute Plans (or substantial parts of them) as a product or service, use them to build a competing service, or copy, scrape or reverse-engineer our website, templates or system.

10. Partners and referrals

Some Plans suggest independent partners, for example company set-up, build or marketing services, and some suggest our own related businesses. These suggestions always sit beside a do-it-yourself alternative, and you are never obliged to use them. Partners are independent businesses responsible for their own services and terms. We may receive a referral fee or commission if you use a partner, at no extra cost to you, and we identify our own related businesses as ours.

11. AI, research and accuracy

Plans are created with AI and research from third-party sources that may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We label estimates, hypotheses and unverified points where we can, and we date facts that change, but we cannot guarantee that every fact, figure, cost, rule or forecast is accurate, complete or current. Forecasts and targets are hypotheses to test, not predictions or promises. Always verify important information yourself before relying on it.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use CloudHubibi to plan or promote anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes others' rights, or to attack, overload, copy or misuse our systems. We may decline to create a Plan, or suspend access, if we reasonably believe a request breaks this section. If we decline before creating your Plan, we will refund you.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that:

• We are not liable for decisions you make or actions you take based on a Plan, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, savings or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
• We are not liable for the services, products or conduct of partners or other third parties.
• Our total liability to you in connection with a Plan is limited to the amount you paid for that Plan.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
